Crossfit is a training program that incorporates everyday movements, also called functional movements, from our everyday lives and does them in many different variations in an intense manner. Every time you come to a class the workout is different - by doing this your body will make the most gains or results. The workouts are short and challenging, sometimes a workout can take 5 minutes & sometimes it's 20... And this is all you do for the entire day. EVERY workout can be scaled. The program meets you where you are currently at physically, then as you become more fit the intensity of your workout will change. It is the best fitness program in the world.
